Hi, I'm Nishchey Rastogi

I am a Web Developer and had great interest in the domain of Cloud Computing. In Cloud domain I have done various courses available by the Microsoft and IITs and also had recieved different certifications from their end.

I have developed a state-of-art web based solution "Dashboard & Service Desk Ticketing System" ( https://fcs.up.gov.in/servicedesk ) for the Government Sector which facilitates various stakeholders and ~17 Crore beneficiaries. This system is fully operational and recognised by the Senior Government Officials & Stakeholders.

I am highly innovative and dedicated towards the domains like software development and web development. These domains excite me and I have quite a good knowledge required to work in these fields. Moreover, in addition to this, being a student of Electronics And Communication Engineering I am also interested in the fields like Micro-Processors and Semiconductors. So if I will be given opportunity to work in any of the above mentioned fields I believe that I would be able to give my best to it and could be proven as an asset to the esteemed organization.

Apart from the academic curriculum, I am also interested in physical activities like gymming, cycling in my free time, watching cricket. and playing graphics-intensive games like GTA’s etc. I am also passionate about automotives especially cars and love reading editorials regarding them and learning new technologies being inculcated in them.

Dashboard & Service Desk Ticketing System

This System is a single point of contact between eligible users to facilitate all the Stakeholders of various projects of F&CS Department GoUP. This Service Desk manages service requests, Tickets and also handles communication with the registered users.” Service desk is often responsible for managing IT service requests, incident management, problem management, and change management processes between F&CS Department & NIC.
